This agreement governs your use of the dc22 platform. By accessing or using dc22, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms set out below. Please read carefully before proceeding.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use dc22. By creating an account, you warrant that you meet this requirement. dc22 may request proof of age at any time and will suspend or close any account found to be held by an underage individual.
Each individual may hold only one dc22 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, payment method, or device — are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.
All dc22 bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are fully met. dc22 reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through fraudulent means.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dc22 Login credentials. dc22 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. Enable two-factor authentication for additional account protection.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). dc22 may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method ownership documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide required documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delay or cancellation.
Using dc22 for money laundering, fraud, collusion with other players, use of automated betting software or bots, exploitation of software errors, or any other form of dishonest play is strictly prohibited. dc22 reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings, and close accounts where prohibited activity is identified.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and dc22 ("dc22," "we," "us," " "our") governing your access to and use of the dc22 platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at dc22.app.
By registering an account, accessing the dc22 Login page, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the dc22 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the dc22 platform.
dc22 operates under an international gaming license. These Terms are intended to comply with the requirements of that licensing framework. dc22 is made available to eligible users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing dc22 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
To register and use a dc22 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. dc22 reserves the right to verify this information at any time. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
dc22 may decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for refusal.
3.1 One Account Per User. Each individual is permitted to hold only one dc22 Account. If dc22 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual through any means — including matching name, CNIC, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — dc22 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts. Any winnings accrued through duplicate accounts may be voided.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security of your dc22 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. dc22 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify dc22 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
3.3 Account Currency. dc22 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PKR unless an alternative currency option (such as USDT) is explicitly selected and available for your Account.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. dc22 may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive account balances after written notice has been sent to your registered email address. Any remaining balance after fee deductions will be returned to you upon request and successful KYC verification.
3.5 Account Closure by User. You may close your dc22 Account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method following completion of KYC requirements. Bonus Funds not yet converted to real money through wagering will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. dc22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT. dc22 reserves the right to add or remove payment method options at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed on the same business day, subject to banking hours and KYC clearance. dc22 does not guarantee processing times and will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and methods that are registered in your own name. dc22 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.6 KYC for Withdrawals. dc22 may require full KYC verification — including government-issued photo identification (CNIC or passport), proof of residential address, and payment method ownership confirmation — before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by dc22 may result in withdrawal processing being delayed or suspended.
4.7 No Platform Deposit Fees. dc22 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits. However, third-party fees imposed by payment processors, banks, or mobile wallet providers are outside dc22's control and will not be reimbursed.
5.1 General. dc22 offers various bonuses, promotions, and free bet credits to both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which supplement and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. Until wagering requirements are fully met, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, minimum odds, and expiry period for each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. dc22 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using automated tools to meet wagering requirements; placing low-risk hedged bets solely to convert bonus funds; or any other strategy dc22 determines to be abusive of its promotions. dc22 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonus play, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
5.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions. dc22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a bonus has already been credited to your Account, the bonus will remain subject to its original published terms for its stated validity period.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. dc22 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are not confirmed until accepted and confirmed by dc22's betting system. Network interruptions during bet placement do not constitute acceptance of a bet.
6.2 Obvious Errors. In the event of a palpable error in the publication of odds — including but not limited to manifest pricing errors on cricket, PSL, or other sports markets — dc22 reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds and return stakes to the relevant accounts. dc22's determination of what constitutes a palpable error is final.
6.3 Maximum Winnings. dc22 may impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. These limits are published in the sportsbook and casino sections of the platform and may be updated periodically. Winnings exceeding stated maximum payout limits will be capped at the published maximum.
6.4 Results and Settlement. All bets are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant sporting authority or dc22's game server logs for casino and instant games. In cases of dispute, dc22's records are considered definitive.
6.5 Casino and RNG Games. All casino and instant game results on dc22 are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dc22 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

All content on the dc22 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of dc22 or its licensed third-party content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any dc22 content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from dc22. Unauthorised use of dc22 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dc22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your dc22 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 dc22 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings.
10.3 dc22 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of the platform. dc22 will not be liable for losses sustained during periods of platform unavailability.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit dc22's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
dc22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon closure for cause, dc22 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any legitimately won real-money balance will be returned. Bonus Funds are forfeited in all cases of closure for cause.
If you wish to raise a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your dc22 Account or a specific transaction, you must first contact dc22 Support in writing at [email protected], providing your registered username, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
dc22 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 7 business days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, dc22 will update you at regular intervals and provide a final decision within 28 calendar days of the original complaint date.
All complaints must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. dc22 will not investigate complaints relating to events that occurred more than 30 days prior to the date of submission.
dc22's decision on any complaint is final and binding, subject to any dispute resolution process available under the applicable gaming license framework.
dc22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, dc22 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting a notice on the dc22 platform and/or by sending an email to your registered address.
Your continued use of the dc22 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the amendment's effective date.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms is always available at dc22.app/terms-conditions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dc22 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through dc22's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies designated by dc22's licensing authority.
dc22 makes no representation that materials on the platform are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Accessing dc22 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is done at your own risk and is your sole responsibility.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
